问：至高平台装Win7选AMD还是Intel？
如题，用前桌面E3+B85平台主板问题太多，仅需更换平台和内存，求大佬推荐配置单，至好是低功耗一点，因为没用过AMD的，差不多酷睿9代或10代这样，预选是i5-10400f，但是i3也可以，性价比至高且功耗低（据说酷睿系列把控比较好）优先选择

主要是除了显卡都可以是不成立的，酷睿11代开始大小核不适配win7（不能完全兼容和睿频），所以我更偏向功耗这一方面。这篇文章看过了实际选起来很难，实际最高兼容是10400f b5步进还是几来着不记得总之是老架构22nm的才是完美兼容，但是二手平台基本没有卖（确实找不到）所以还是老老实实换了个主板
