[Khirazekh]

This thread serves as a place where I collect and post the artworks I create. I’ve already been doing this on FA Archive (link) and Krita Artists (link). So, I’d like to do the same here :D

And I’m opening this thread with a quick sketch I made in JS Paint [link].

Whimtale (link) is a mini game engine similar to Bitsy (link), and projects can be exported as a single HTML file that can be played on almost any device. The difference from Bitsy is its improved UI, and the fact that this engine uses node-based programming, so there’s no need to write scripts. Since I like it, I created a button for this engine.

For those unfamiliar with Bitsy, Bitsy is an online game engine where you can create small story-based or mini-games that you can publish anywhere. Unfortunately, Bitsy is only available online, not offline. This issue is resolved by Whimtale because this engine can be downloaded and used offline. Another advantage is that Whimtale supports more colors than Bitsy. Bitsy is already quite popular among indie devs and on itch.io. There are already many forks and engines inspired by Bitsy. So if you’re looking for Bitsy, you can find various versions, each with its own unique features. There are even 3D versions. And my advice if you’re interested in 3D is to choose Wareware (link). In my opinion, it’s more modern and has a more engaging UI. But this one still uses scripts, if I remember correctly. I haven’t used it yet because the offline version hasn’t been released. So, just use it if you don’t mind that it’s only available online.

Yesterday I drew a landscape, using a reference I found on Pinterest. Maybe a vintage photo? The painting isn’t finished yet because I haven’t figured out how to draw the grass so it looks like the photo but using simple shapes. If you have any suggestions, I’d love to hear them.
